These are a super nutritious snack I give my daughter when she needs a protein packed snack, like when we are on our way to soccer and haven't had time to eat dinner yet.
-Using a larger mason jar, soak 2 cups of almonds for at least 4 hours in water, then drain. -Using a food processor or blender, crush the almonds, and mix in 1/2 cup honey, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon, and blend again. - Remove mixture from blender/food processor and put in a large bowl and add 2 cups dried cranberries, and mix in with spoon. - Roll contents into bite sized balls and store in fridge until ready to eat.
*Depending on how big you make your balls, this will make you about 30 bites.*
