We eat lots of avocado and guacamole is our favorite, so be forewarned that this recipe feeds at least 5 normal eaters, but in our family it satisfies, just 3.
6 small vine tomatoes
2 pinches of dill weed
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
3 pinches of salt
Half and pit your avocados, then scoop out the insides a place in a bowl.
Then dice your tomatoes, and add them to the bowl. Miss until creamy. Mince garlic, and stir into mixture, add in dill weed, salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir until everything is well mixed and there are no chunks (other than tomato of course) then cover and set in fridge for 10 minutes. (you can serve as is, but I like mine cold)
